Marsha Wagner puts a great deal of energy into the human capital agenda for Topsector Energie / Groenvermogen NL. Together with partners, Topsector Energie is pushing for more talent in the technology and sustainable sectors. These sectors face a huge challenge in attracting the required technical staff. One of the challenges is diversity – to get more women in technical professions and in influential positions.
This is why Marsha chairs 75inQ’s board, because she knows that real change will happen with more diversity at every level, but especially at the board tables.
